Schlage Lock Company is a California corporation that owns and operates a manufacturing plant in Security, Colorado. The plant was built for Schlage Lock and began operations in 1977. The plant makes door locks and related architectural hardware. The plant currently employs approximately 550 people.

Schlage Lock has a long history of supporting the community. Schlage Lock actively supports our greatest asset, the community’s youth, by providing funding for numerous programs in the local schools. Also, Schlage Lock provides funding for various clubs and societies. The list below includes those institutions and organizations supported by Schlage Lock:
